Product: hp omen 15-en0375ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I bought the laptop, I installed all windows updates first. Only later did I notice that the left speaker started to scratch at a volume of 50. Then I deisntalliert the driver (Realtek) the first time and then reinstalled it. But i still have the problem with the scratchy speaker.
