Product: ZBook 15u G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Periodically, keys on my keyboard stop working for a few seconds to a few minutes. I did a complete wipe and reinstall of Windows...three times. The last installation, I only installed Windows updates and it worked for several weeks and then out of the blue, keys stopped responding. It isn't all keys either, it seems like it affects top row (qwert...). I tried connecting a USB keyboard (Logitech), but those keys had the same problem.
I've downloaded all the HP support assistant referenced patches, I've purposely not installed HP patches, but the problem persists. Hoping someone has a solution to this.
Thank you.
