Product: HP Laptop Notebook 15

I keep turning on my laptop and when it logs in I get a blank screen and all I can see is the bar at the bottom with the windows and search icon that don’t work. Then a pop up comes up saying “If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you’re connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can’t be found, it might have been moved or deleted.” I have tried everything and I need to get this laptop back to working since I’m a college student. Please help!
