Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have now been running my new Hp Laptop for just over a month. Initially, it would constantly freeze up on the mouse, with the only solution being to reboot. Having run all diagnostics and having no issues identified, I swapped out my old Microsoft keyboard & mouse for a new Logitech keyboard & mouse and ran a full install.

 

Problem eased, but it still happens if the mouse is dormant for a short time, the freezing is definitely more common when using Office 365. I have been advised that this is a software driver issue.

 

Can anyone have any advice or point me in the best dirrection?
