Product: Hp Laptop 14q-cs0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a hp laptop which has a core i3 7020u. It is a dual core. Before in task manager is saw it have 2 core and 4 logical processor and even in device manager there was 4 processor but after a few months now in task manager it is showing it has 2 processors and even in device manager it shows 2 processors, what happened.
