HP Recommended
Product: HP Zbook Studio G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I understand the Bitlocker only work with bluetooth dongle wireless keyboard at Bitlocker sign-on screen.

But the Logitech K580 is not able to be detected at the Bitlocker sign-on screen, yet  it is able to work at Windows sign-on screen instead.

Is there anything I can look into this?

Anyone with similiar issue?

Not sure if this is HP or Logitech's issue.
