HP Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just set up my new HP Spectre 360 2-in-1 laptop. I took my functioning Logitech M325 mouse from my old laptop and plugged the USB receiver into the new Spectre laptop. It recognizes the device for about 1 second and then it is gone. I have tried putting in new batteries, using it through a docking station, etc. to no avail. It still functions on my old Dell laptop. When I open the Device Manager and plug it back in, I can see it listed under Mouse and Pointing Devices for about a second and then it disappears. I have plugged other USB devices directly into the one USB port and they function properly. Any ideas on how to fix this??
