Product: HP Pavilion 15z-aw000

Customer brought in HP Pavilion 15z-aw000 for malware scans/cleanup procedures. It is asking for a "power on password" before I can even get to boot or BIOS, which customer has never created so does not know. Laptop does not have a physical CMOS/RTC to pull. Attempted reflash BIOS and power on password prompt persists. I know there is a master or backdoor pw but all searches and attempts have come up empty. Hoping an HP mod or tech can assist with pw based on the checksum that is provided after 3 incorrect attempts.
