Hi HP Support!
Surprisingly the FN+F3 now is used to reduce the brightness instead of sleep mode. I know old HP laptop models has this but quite unusual when you get used to it and has been removed. I like the enhanced shortcut keys on this model but triggers the customer's satisfaction due to lost traditional sleep keys. It would be reasonable to map it to use the FN+F2 to sleep the laptop right away in one stroke rather than using the ALT-F4, click the arrow drop down button, select the sleep and click OK button in 4 strokes. I used the command line rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0 but it would be much better to provide quick option for power users.
Hope you can rectify this!
Thank you and keep safe!
