HP ELITEBOOK 8760W RUNNING WINDOWS 10 PRO, GPU (NVIDIA QUADRO 3000M)

This problem started after I install windows 10 pro, i downloaded every driver thru windows updated and it says I need to restart. Once I restart my pc it wont turn on, halfway thru windows logo it will just crash and reboot again into recovery mode. So I boot into safe mode and uninstall my gpu driver using DDU and restart my laptop. It boot up and install my gpu driver again thru windows update. I tried roll back drivers and it goes to  Microsoft basic display adapter. When I download my gpu driver thru Nvidia, halfway thru installation my laptop will crash and shut down again, and it will go back to the recovery mode same as last time.  Help me fix this problem a week troubleshooting already nothing is fixed.
