So, I have had this HP 15-bs1xx for almost 3 months. Ever since its arrival it has been slow, but over the course of the last month is has gotten really bad. I had tried almost every HP Support Assistant guides and scans and various "fixes", to no avail. I currently have an update error code 0x80242006 for the Windows 10 v1803. This error occured after attempting a System Recovery. I currently am awaiting a box to arrive in which I will mail my laptop to HP in order for them to solve the problem. I have had at least 50 support sessions with HP since purchase so hopefully this resolves the issue. Has anyone had similar issues/any technicians out there with some guidance? Thanks.
