Product: HP EliteBook 6930p Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have currently two pcs Model HP EliteBook 6930p Notebook PC lying at the store with the same problem of "Memory not configured correctly for Intel AMT. Change to another SLOT.!"
I HAVE TRIED THE FOLLOWING:
- Purchased a new RAM and Insert in all the slots.
- Changed the old ram to the slot under the Keyboard
- Disassemble all the components including RAM, Disk Drive, HDD, all peripheral components
- Reseat the Processor
- Chnaged the laptop adapter with the other TESTED WORKING one
All the above did not solved my Problem.
MY QUESTION IS:
Is HP company aware of these fault? Because as at now am so DISSAPOINTED with HP products. Two pcs PURCHASED within a year and no repair
Someone to help me, otherwise I will mobilize people not to BUY THESE HP ELITEBOOK products due to these unsolved problems that cause unnecessary cost.
