HP Recommended
HP EliteBook 6930p Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have currently two pcs Model HP EliteBook 6930p Notebook PC lying at the store with the same problem of "Memory not configured correctly for Intel AMT. Change to another SLOT.!"

I HAVE TRIED THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Purchased a new RAM and Insert in all the slots.
  2. Changed the old ram to the slot under the Keyboard
  3. Disassemble all the components including RAM, Disk Drive, HDD, all peripheral components
  4. Reseat the Processor
  5. Chnaged the laptop adapter with the other TESTED WORKING one

All the above did not solved my Problem.

MY QUESTION IS:

Is HP company aware of these fault? Because as at now am so DISSAPOINTED with HP products. Two pcs PURCHASED within a year and no repair

Someone to help me, otherwise I will mobilize people not to BUY THESE HP ELITEBOOK products due to these unsolved problems that cause unnecessary cost.
