I was adjusting my volume when i found out that there was another option for "a mic jack and headphone" connected but i had bluetooth disabled and nothing plugged in so i was very confused and worried as I thought someone is hacking my mic i have attached pictures of what it looks like. When i change the output to the headphone i hear nothing and when i went on mic tester and tested the "mic jack" connected i could hear tv static and when i try banging the keyboard it registers as a sound and i hear a thump through the mic tester what could this be a bug? or something more sinister

sorry english isnt my first language
