HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0002na (Win 10)

My microphone is not working. This includes the built in mic and a headset mic, attached via usb. Headset works on all other devices.

I have tried all the troubleshooting options, checking drivers, etc. Nothing has made any difference. As far as Windows is concerned, it reports the mic working. I've tried it with voice recorder, various apps etc. and conferencing software. Camera is fine, speakers fine, just the mic.

Any help very much appreciated.

There is 2 years warranty on this machine but HP seems uncontactable ...
