HP Notebook - 15s-du1033tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I faced a problem with my audio. The notebook microphone can't detect my voice, even I use my earphones/headphones it also did not work at all (SImilar result came out as using notebook's microphone). I run the test on the microphone of the PC, it seems like it hardly detects my voice (i.e. value detect is only 1-2 % out of 100 %). I had tried to reinstall the driver and it did not work (It showed that the Realtek audio driver is the latest version). I also tried to troubleshoot but the result showing that no problem is detected.
