HP 15 Laptop 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a new HP Laptop  15s-fq2000 (2D119AV).  It has a Windows 10 operating system.

I cannot get the microphone to work.  When using Zoom, I hear others but they cannot hear me.  Mute is not on.

I do see "Microphone Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones) in Windows 10 device manager.  It is enabled.  I checked for updated driver.  I uninstalled and re-installed it.  I have run  Troubleshoot  in Settings / Sounds but nothing was found.  I checked to be sure apps can access the microphone in the microphone privacy section.    I also see where Zoom was last accessed minutes ago but still it did not work when I was using Zoom.  I tried the "Test the Microphone" in Zoom and it did not work.  I also tried "Test Your Microphone" in Windows 10 (Settings / Sound) and when clicking on the microphone icon nothing happens - is shows a solid blue line?

Can anyone help?
