HP Recommended
HP Chromebook x360
Chrome OS

For a long time I have been trying to get Microsoft Office on my Chromebook . When I install them, separately,  they cannot open and give different reasons, for instance OneDrive says "Can;t connect right now, try again in a minute."    Word says "Can't complete task. Office encountered a problem".  Excel says something similar. | have Office 365 but CANNOT make any of them open. I spent a long time talking to Microsoft. In the end they said its a Chromebook problem. You need to speak to Google. I have Google One membership but that doesn't seem to help. Google after a long time said its an HP problem, you need to speak to HP. This HP Chromebook is just out of warranty. Thus, after a long paragraph above, (sorry!) I have ended up here. Microsoft told me to download each one separately from the Play Store, which I have done, and uninstalled and re-installed as instructed. Apparantly on the Chromebook you can't put the whole Office package on at once you have to do it individually. I feel Ive come almost to the end of the line and would be INCREDIBLY grateful for any guidance at all. Thank you so much.
