Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop in September, and everything works splendidly except for when I use Microsoft Teams. Whenever I engage in a video call with more than one user, the computer will inevitably freeze (but the audio remains), and will not resume functioning unless I completely restart the laptop, Note that this problem does not occur with Zoom, with which I can have an uninterrupted video chat with 15 open cameras for several hours. Why is it that Teams video chat does not seem to be compatible with this device? Is there any upgrade that might help? My employer insists that we use Teams instead of Zoom for online conferences, and I require all participants to have their cameras on for maximum effectiveness. Thank you!
