Hello,

I am using a docking station witha type C connection to connect to my hp laptop 14-df0023cl  . No sure is there a limitation in this model or something is not right. 

1) I cannot charge the laptop using the type C ( no sign)

2) The screen does not connect to the monitor using the type C( does not detect)

3) It does detect ( with type C) the wireless mouse/keyboard and work perfectly

Is there any driver I need to update for display and charging? I checked the specs - this model is equipped with 'USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s)' which should support display and charging. Any suggestions?

 

However, everything work perfectly with my newer HP laptop Model: HSN-I13C-4!
