I am not able to connect to my monitors via a USB-C docking station to my HP Pavilion Laptop. The Connection on my laptop is:
1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate.
I have tried 3 different USB-C docking stations and none of them work. When I connect a USB-A docking station to the laptop, the monitors will work, but I would like to use USB-C for dual 4K monitors.
I purchased a couple of these laptops on Cyber Monday and am encountering the same issue on each Pavilion laptop.
I have a similiar HP Envy Laptop that I tested each USB-C docking station on and they worked properly.
Any assistance or suggestions will be appreciated.
