Product: HP EliteBook 840 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

I have a concern about an equipment that I have in my work.

I have a laptop that the motherboard was damaged and was replaced for a new one, BUT!, was from another equipment, so we contact the vendor to tattoo the motherboard with the correct model but did it wrong.

In the product name puts: "Elite Book 840 g4" so I can't install the Windows corporate image that we use here, I need to change that info to "HP EliteBook 840 G4" to make it work.

Anyone has the program to tattoo again the motherboard, the vendor takes to long in respond.
