Product: HP Envy x360 Ryzen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My son is having an issue with his Bluetooth mouse lagging when the laptop is connected to a network (wired or wifi).
If I disable the network in anyway the mouse lagging stops. For example turning off the wifi or temporarily disabling the Realtek network device driver both cure the mouse lagging but obviously that stops all network traffic. It occurs regardless of the amount of network traffic.
Task manager doesn't show any issues (no high CPU, memory or disc).
All current Windows and driver updates have been applied.
