Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the following Spectre laptop, and have for a long time been experiencing problems with the mouse or keypad when the curser flickers uncontrollably and pulls always to the same top right area of the screen. It has become so bad that I'm now usually unable to use it. I have searched on forums and it seems to be a recognised problem. Can you help me, please?...
