HP Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I badly need your help.

My HP Spectre is working weiredly and I need to fix it. I am a huge admirer of this product nd ended up buying 2 HP spectre. I have problem with one of them (Serial # : 5CB4030FRT and product # : E5E01AV). It came with Windows 8 pre installed. Later there was a free upgrade from Microsoft which upgraded it to windows 10 and ever since I upgraded it to Windows 10, life is miserable.

Following things are not working :

1. Windows Key
2. Mouse requires double tapping to click
3. Due to mouse issue cannot drag screen windows
4. Left/right menus which you access using finger slide on touchpad - no more works

I tried updating the BIOS, driver but all in vain. Can you please help ?
