ProBook 440 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

Since I bought a new laptop (2017-01-19, HP ProBook 440 G4) it worked more or less stably. But recently I installed some updates with HP Support Assistant and now I'm getting a lot of BSOD's (when I use Firefox, for example). I think a new BIOS 01.06Ap1 may contain a bug. So is it safe to revert a BIOS to the previous version?

 

BSOD descriptions:

 

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

KERNEL_AUTO_BOOST_INVALID_LOCK_RELEASE

 

BSOD occurs randomly when I use my laptop. There is no special steps to recreate this problem.

There are installed updates:

(Synaptics WBF Fingerprint driver, chipset drivers, camera driver, audio driver, BIOS update, card reader driver, Intel video driver)
