Hello, on the F6 key on my keyboard, there's a mute button. The orange light on it doesn't work (the mute function itself still works). Whenever I press it, it mutes or unmutes the system but the light doesn't appear.

What's even weirder is that when I connect my Bluetooth headphones the light works. And if I switch back to Realtek(R) Audio, the light doesn't work.

If I connected my headphones, muted it, and switched to Realtek(R) Audio back, the mute light remains on but it doesn't go off.

I have seen others fixing this problem by uninstalling or disabling the driver in Device Manager, but I would like to have that as a last resort since I don't want to mess with that kinda stuff.

I do have a BIOS update pending but I don't want to update it for the time being since if something goes wrong then my laptop would be bricked.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks 🙂
