Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ds100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Once in a while I experience extreme overheating problems.  This happens when the laptop is idle for a long time.  I have it set to sleep after 10 minutes on battery and 30 minutes when plugged up.  I've tried to google the problem and different power settings and it keeps happening.  It's a new laptop and I'm afraid the damage it's doing is going to kill it while it's still young.
