Hello,

 

I am using an HP Chromebook 11 G4 for my classes, and I have recently been having problems where the computer will abruptly restart at random. Sometimes it will restart while copying files, or simply clicking a button. I am also having problems getting my battery to charge. The battery charges really slowly and depletes very fast.

 

Any help will be appreciated!
