Product: Example: Envy - 13- ab007na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Its an Envy 13-ad011na, after an update, my battery stopped charging when the system is running so I have to charge it while it's off. It says plugged in not charging.  The pc wont recognise an HDMI input as capable of sound and lastly, I cant reset my pc because I dont have the recovery media required to do so unless i want to lose windows 10.
