HP Recommended
Product: HP 13 G1
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP13 G1 will work just fine for weeks, sometimes more than a month, and then it will just freeze. And the only recovery I can seem to do is a powerwash. This computer does not have a removable battery, hence the only support article I've been able to find on on the subject is not applicable.
