Product: PAVILION M3 U0000 X360 CONVERTIBLE PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC PAVILION M3 U0000 X360 CONVERTIBLE PC; doesnt respond to any audio files or online audio or videos. The mute button is lit up always and seems to be permanently muted since 3 months and went suddenly into mute from a day. Tried doing everything from deleting and updating the drivers, update bios and many of the things found in blogs but none worked. I uninstall every driver and restart the PC to see that its back to where it was. The volume slider overlay on the screen does not respond at all nor does the bottom slider. Im sure that its something to do with driver.

 

HP Virtual troubleshooting nor install-able utility was'nt able to fix.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I cant work with it at the current work from home and Im struggling. Cant afford to buy a new PC just for audio issues.
