Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, a lot of people are experiencing the same issue, please could you make available your recommended solution for when the screen on your HP spectre device pops out of the device/ comes unglued/ balloons out of the frame... There aren't any cracks on the screen, the device has been well looked after...   

 

HP Spectre x2  Detachable 12-c0XX

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7260U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.86 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch: Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

 

Please could someone on the HP support team assist
