Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop often crashes when moved from a place. Most of the time it usually stays on my table, plugged-in, but when I unplug it and displace it from my table to another place, it mostly crashes soon after I unplug it and lift the laptop. I have taken assistance from HP Support Centre already (twice) and also I have recently Reset my laptop, but the issue is still occurring.

Please help me with this problem as it is occurring many times.

I also want to do a Hardware checkup physically at the HP Service Centre as I feel it's necessary for someone to have a look at the condition from inside if everything is in good working condition and also the fan is making little more noise than usual so I feel it could be oiled (if possible) or cleaned if there is any dust that may have entered.
