Product: HP ELITE 8470P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

      

My computer won't load startup after installing windows 10?
 
It shows the windows symbol as it usually does when it tries to start but it never fully starts just keeps loading. I can only hold escape button which brings me to menu showing:

F1: system information
F2: system diagnostics
F3: Initiate Intel CIRA
F6: Enter Intel ME Setup
F7: HP Spare Key
F9: Boot Device Options
F10: Bios Setup
F:12 Network Boot
ENTER - Continue Startup
 
I have tried doing a hard reset and that did not work..
