HP Spectre Pro x360 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The touch screen was working as recently as a couple days ago, but today I noticed it isn't responding to any input.

 

I went to device manager and after checking view>show hidden devices I found "HID-compliant touch screen" which says it's not connected to the computer (Code 45). I tried uninstalling it and restarting the laptop a couple times, but both times it showed up again with Code 45 once I restarted. 

 

Also, under this pc>properties it shows "Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display"
