Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm having issue with my Pavilion 15. The USB hub seems to keep on connecting and disconnection randomly even when the computer is on idle. This issue irritates me because I'm using external drives to do my work and random disconnection of the drive isn't necessarily improving the hardware of these drives. During this disconnection, all peripherals connected to the USB is disconnected, for me it includes the hard drive, mouse, keyboard, speakers. After disconnecting it would take about 15-30 seconds to finally reconnects to the laptop. I notice that this issue usually occurs when the fan speed is blasting, either it has something to do with the fan or the heat of the laptop it self. Anyway, I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue since I never had this problem with my HP Spectre. Thanks!
