Product: Spectre x360

Whenever I plug my charger into either port, the computer does not charge. I’ve tried using a different charger but that hasn’t worked either. I’m not sure if it’s something with my computer that’s messed up, but I’ve ran many diagnostics and nothing shows what’s wrong.
