Product: Hp 250G3 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn't connect to the wifi sometimes. It shows every other nearby wifi network but doesn't show my wifi and when it shows my wifi, it doesn't show any other nearby wifi network. when it gets connected with my wifi network, internet connectivity gets limited after sometime for few minutes and it happens after every 5 to 10 minutes. Another laptop which is also connected with the same network works fine. I tried to restore my laptop to some previous date but the problem remains the same. One of my friend told me that there is a problem with ralink wifi adapters. 

I dont know what to do, please help me out.
