HP Pavilion Laptop 14-bf1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my laptop often (at least once a day) freezes and disturbs when I move it. The problem usually occurs when I put my hand at the bottom or put it on my lap. When it is frozen, it gets hot and the fan becomes louder and I can not do anything just power off the laptop by holding down the power key and turning it on again. Sometimes it makes a continuous buzzing noise when it is frozen.

I am unable to do anything when it is frozen and the screen still displays whatever program I am running at the time (it does not go black).  It does not matter what software I am running when it happens and it does not matter whether the charging cable is plugged in or not.

I have had this laptop for 3 years and the model number is 2PP14EA#A2N (the warranty has expired)

Could you help with any ideas of what it might be and how to solve it?

Thank you,
