Product: Pavillion 360x convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Idk where to begin. My laptop has been locking itself and hibernating since 4-5 days ..sometimes it locks and hibernates after few minutes of pluging in power .. sometimes when functioning on battery it locks and hibernates. Recently i have changed new battery too. The harddrive side keeps heating. i have tried every possible options of keeping the power option and diplay option to never sleep or shutdown. Please help
