Pavilion x360
Chrome OS

Alright, so: I bought my Chromebook (HP Pavilion X360) in June last year. It has not charged to 100% for a good few months now, but last week it ran out of battery and it has refused to come back to life. I've tested the charger cable and the outlet, and that seems to work fine on other devices. When I plug the cable into the ports there is no response- no orange light, no nothing. I have tried a hard reset (but with the battery in because I can't get it out), and I've tried holding the power button and pressing periodically. I left it charging overnight last night to see if it might spring back when I tried again today but I've got nothing. I have meetings to attend and work to do on this laptop so I'd love any help to get it back up and running!
