Product: Zbook 15 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an Hp Zbook g4 it's not charging even it's saying "Plugged in CHARGING"

When i run the diagnostic it said I need to replace the battery, So i did but it didn't solve the problem plus there is a plugged in led is always on even when it's not plugged or even when the laptop is off.

It's the first time i own an HP and so far the experience is so bad, I hope it get's better.

Can you please help me with this!!
