Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-bd0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop's speakers randomly go from quiet to loud and then back to quiet. Usually, the full volume is very low. Also, it makes a crackling sound sometimes. Earlier in the year, I shipped my PC back to HP because my speakers stopped working, and they said they did a speaker replacement. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, and I also ran the Hp DIagnostic tool, and it didn't find any issue. My laptop is still under warranty.
