Product: Spectre X360 15T
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have never abused my laptop, used it with great care and now there is a crack on the screen that appeared near the top right side of the laptop. I purchased it from the US and I'm using it in China. I'm really disappointed and disturbed and i don't know what to do. I've read tons of review about the design flaw and this is greatly disappointing.
