I need help with the battery not charging on my HP Pavillion Ryzen 7 Laptop. I have also had my problem resolved once by a technician at HP who helped me resolve via a phone call. Since then, my warranty has already expired.  What happened? I plug in the charger and it begins charging. But, it stops charging after about 30 seconds. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it will charge for another 30 seconds and then stop again. If I run the battery diagnostic, it doesn't show a problem. So I let it charge by unpluging and repluging the battery cable until it reaches 10%. Then I shut it down and reboot the computer. It seems to resolve the problem and the battery charges fine. But a few weeks later the problems starts all over again.
