HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've tried all the suggestions to make the key for #3 on my keypad to work...with no luck. 

I don't understand how all the other keys work fine except for that one key!

I've had this laptop and used it for 3+ years with no problems.
