HP Recommended
Product: 15 Notebook PC, 15 gSA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

reset notebook back to 8.1 factory setting. All updated etc. trying to watch uk All 4 tv playback/streaming app.

Says cannot play video as is DRM protected and I don't have correct drivers.

Is there an app that I can download on windows store, to play this? 

or would I have to upgrade to windows 10 ?
