Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'd like to buy a cover/film to paste over my trackpad, as the texture is too smooth and it hurts my fingers. I need the exact size in milimeters. Note, I indicated the exact model above, however, I'm not sure if I have 64 bit operating system or 32 bit. Please let me know asap. Thanks
