Anyone out there with an HP Envy 360 15m-cn0012dx (bought at Best Buy) that could help me identify a blown smd part on my motherboard?  I accidentally applied battery voltage bass ackwards and popped a small smd on the mb near the battery connector.  It appears that it is a diode (TVS or zener maybe).  Sadly, when it blew, the entire device went and cannot be visually identified.

I think it is a protection diode (TVS?) to serve as a barrier against a dummy like me who tries to put a battery in backwards.  I have looked around the web for either a schematic of the mb (not a prayer), or a decent close up photo of the mb.  Unfortunately the only photos out there do not have the resolution needed to be able to read any part numbers.

Here is a good photo of the area in question that shows the location.  Note that there is a white line at the left side of the device remains which I believe to be a diode marking:

I have cut and enlarged the area for a better view:

As a note, the laptop works fine from the ac adapter, and I suspect I could put the battery back in with no ill effect.  However, since the device is most probably for protection, I don't want to risk the battery except as a last resort.  Hopefully there is a knid soul out there with a good magnifier that can read the part id off the chip.  Thanks in advance for the help.

Mark
