Product: HP ultraslim Docking Station
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased 2 x HP ultraslim Docking Stations through a local broker. These items are typically off-lease (ex-corporate) stock companies have quit and put out to sale.

 

I purchased these as a docks for my HP EliteBook 840 G1.

 

I have an 'HP 2013 ultraSlim Docking Station' PN: D9Y19AV#ABG but the two additional docks I have just purchased are labelled differently and I cannot search/ identify them as HP Products. They are certainly built exactly the same and labelled as HP products but I am at a loss to find them on any HP Web link.

 

Appreciate if somebody could help me locate/identify where these models fit in the scheme of things:

 

Unit 1:

Product Name: 'ASSY, DOCKING STATION QUEST'

Subtitle: 'HP UltraSlim Docking Station'

Serial No: CNU537Z08X

Product No: 706978-001

 

Unit 2:

Product Name: ASSY, DOCKING STATION QUEST 2'

Subtitle: 'HP ultraslim Docking Station'

Serial No: 5CG526ZGQY

Product No: 732517-001

(This unit has 2 x DisplayPort ports whereas the above unit has only 1)

 

Other than their names and their serial numbers and product numbers, they are almost identical to the 2013 UltraSlim model.

 

Appreciate some clarification.
